Bringing New Energy to an Established Center

LDA worked on the Mall Renovation and Modernization of the Arrowhead Towne Center to enhance and improve the shopper’s experience. Renovations included Food Court, Outdoor Amphitheater, mall concourse, and entrances. Outdoor family amenity area, gathering spots in the “Bridge Rooms” were also developed.  Improvements to the Outdoor Amphitheater included upgrades to the landscaping, newly added amenities such as outdoor children’s play area, splash pad, fountain and performance area enhancements, shading elements, seating areas, new lighting and accessible upgrades. This project was designed in conjunction with 505Design.
