LDA worked with the Macerich team and an interior designer on this beautiful 2,309 sf. executive office space located in Santa Monica Place. The existing retail tenant build out was demolished to include ceilings, non load bearing walls, floor coverings, lighting and tenant prior fixtures. In its place, a very cozy and modern interior space was designed to accommodate the executive’s meeting needs. An open area welcomes guests to an executive assistant suite designed with a modern kitchenette and bar height table. A conference room serves as the transition to a private executive office.
