LDA design group in collaboration with 505 Design, developed for planning approval the concept design to convert an existing 4-story Lloyd Center Sears building from a single tenant anchor with a total of 145,875 sf to a multi-tenant anchor building with a new 14 screen theatre, multi-tenant retail and/or office use.
