Toberman Village is a California Tax Credit project that consists of 49 affordable housing units. The units are designed for large families in range from 700 sf. 1 bedrooms to 1400 sf 3 bedrooms. The site layout promotes “eyes & ears on the street” for safety by lining the main street (Santa Cruz St.)  with walk-up townhome style units. Amenities include open spaces, BBQ areas and community center which provides services to the tenants.
